Who will win the 2020 NBA MVP? Giannis Antetokounmpo Or LeBron James

- Who will win the 2020 NBA MVP award?
- Offshore Sportsbooks release latest Odds & Bonuses
After a four-and-a-half-month break, the NBA has finally resumed, and the race is on for the 2020 MVP award. But, before you go ahead and bet on your favorite basketball player, it's time to have a closer look at the top contenders, because this year will be a bit different.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, games after Match 11 will not be used in evaluating players for awards purposes.
Early on, experts predicted that the award could go to five or six players. You had reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, two-time and reigning Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard, four-time winner LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Luka Doncic, and James Harden.
However, after the restart of the season, it seems that the race is on between Giannis Antetokounmpo and LeBron James, who are dominating the ballots.
Many place Giannis as the favorite, but nothing is guaranteed so far, especially not with LeBron's outstanding performance this season and what he did for the Los Angeles Lakers.
It's not an easy comparison, and if you want to bet on who will win the 2020 NBA MVP, you'll probably be nervous until the last second.
The “Greek Freak” is up for his second MVP award.

Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo won the NBA MVP award last year and deserves his spot as the favorite for the 2020 award.
In the past year, he even managed to improve his scoring and rebounding and helped the Bucks reach the best record in the NBA.
In a July interview, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer talked very highly of Giannis, saying that he deserves more than anyone to win his second MVP award.
Impressed by his on-court and off-court performance, Budenholzer said that Giannis not only has praiseworthy ethics and work culture but also that he's an incredible teammate who plays unselfishly and constantly pushes the team forward.
Giannis himself is also very motivated to win; after he won the title last year, he said to the press that he didn't want to be called an MVP until he wins again this year. And it looks like only one other player could get in the way of that
LeBron James' strong season makes a compelling case against Giannis.
At age 35, LeBron James has already won four MVP awards in his career, and he's far from stopping. In fact, he's the only other player in the NBA who has a realistic shot at snatching the title from Giannis, online sportsbooks say.
Alongside Anthony Davis, he's been leading the Los Angeles Lakers to a fantastic season, and his career stats are nothing short of impressive: 10.6 assists/contest, 7.9 rebounds, and 25.7 points on 49.8% shooting from the floor.
He's helped the team a lot by making Davies a better scorer and, overall, he's been the driving factor in the Lakers' success.
We should also point out that, before the break, the Lakers beat the Bucks in direct confrontation, which complicates things for voters.
In the end, both Giannis and LeBron have a big chance of winning the NBA MVP award.
Giannis is favorite, but LeBron has a fantastic record, and it's entirely possible that voters will become fatigued from choosing the Bucks star again, especially with LeBron approaching the end of his career.
