Cincinnati Bengals @ Tennessee Titans

Saturday, January 22

4:30 p.m. ET on CBS/Paramount+

The Cincinnati Bengals were able to pick up their first playoff win in 31 years the other week. They had to take down the Las Vegas Raiders in the Wild Card Round in order to accomplish this feat.

Joe Burrow and the rest of this team looked a little nervous throughout the game but were able to settle down enough and pull out a win.

Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase continue to be a phenomenal duo in the passing game and Joe Mixon always helps keep defenses off balance.

Cincinnati’s defense had a nice performance themselves. The only issue heading into this game is that Derrick Henry is expected to return.

It is a bad week for one of the best rushers in the league to come back, as the Bengals have two of their best defensive linemen questionable to play due to injuries suffered last week.

The Titans have more weapons than just Henry though.

After all, they have been winning without him even in the lineup the second half of the season.

Julio Jones, A.J. Brown and Ryan Tannehill are a great trio on offense to add onto Henry’s power in the run game. Similar to the Bengals, Tennessee has a solid defense but some suspect pass defense.

This is going to hurt when playing a pass happy offense filled with wide receiver talent.

I think this will be one of the closest games of the weekend, but if Henry is back and playing at full strength then I think they win this game.

Game Pick: Tennessee Titans

Buffalo Bills @ Kansas City Chiefs

Sunday, January 23

6:30 p.m. ET on CBS/Paramount+

The Buffalo Bills absolutely demolished the New England Patriots last week.

Despite losing to them earlier in the season, they scored touchdowns on every single drive throughout the game.

Josh Allen looked unstoppable both running the ball and passing it.

Stefon Diggs remains one of the best wideouts in the NFL on top of that.

Also, Devin Singletary deserves some praise because his consistency has been excellent, scoring touchdowns the last few games in an increased role.

Defensively, Buffalo has the top ranked unit in the NFL. They have talent all over the field and are wildly well coached from top to bottom. That will come in clutch as they play another team with excellent coaching of their own.

The Kansas City Chiefs blew out the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card Round the other week as well.

Patrick Mahomes threw for over 400 yards and five touchdowns to win the game and advance further into the postseason. Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce and Mecole Hardman continue to be weapons that nobody wants to see on the other side of the field.

Defensively, I have some worries about how well they can hold up against a much stronger offense.

However, they have had some nice stretches of play that show they could keep up with the best of them sometimes.

All in all, with the Bills beating the Chiefs earlier in the regular season this year, I have a feeling that they will do it again.

Buffalo may be inconsistent, but this team is ridiculously talented.

Game Pick: Buffalo Bills

San Francisco 49ers @ Green Bay Packers

Saturday, January 22

8:15 p.m. ET on FOX/FOX Deportes

The San Francisco 49ers are surprisingly still in the playoffs.

Despite barely squeaking in and playing the number three seed in the conference, they are marching into the Divisional Round. They were dominating the Dallas Cowboys throughout the first three quarters but let it slip down towards the end and just escaped with a win.

Jimmy Garoppolo didn’t look good in that game, but he hasn’t been great lately anyways.

Garoppolo made some poor decisions that gave the Cowboys life, choices that he has to get better on down the stretch.

Luckily, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle and Elijah Mitchell have completely taken over this offense along with a stellar offensive line.

Defensively, they aren’t amazing, they do have Fred Warner to take away the middle of the field though.

As for the Green Bay Packers, well, they are the number one seeds in the conference for a reason. Aaron Rodgers is a dangerous quarterback to play against no matter what week it is.

He is even scarier to go up against because he has Davante Adams running routes for him.

Throw in a wonderful running back duo of AJ Dillon and Aaron Jones and this offense is fantastic.

Plus, David Bakhtiari is making his long awaiting return to further boost the offensive line. As for their defense, it is mediocre at best sometimes but overall looks strong with their offense.

The last time these two teams played, Green Bay won by two points. I think that same scenario will take place here.

The Packers will win this game but San Francisco has always found ways to keep it close and never back out of a close battle.

Game Pick: Green Bay Packers

Los Angeles Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Sunday, January 23

3 p.m. ET on NBC/Peacock/Universo

The Los Angeles Rams rolled over the Arizona Cardinals last week. I mean rolled over completely.

From the very first drive, you could tell that this star-studded roster was locked in.

The Rams have lately been morphing into a run heavy team the last few weeks, likely to take stress away from Matthew Stafford. That transition has gone well because Cam Akers returned to the field way ahead of schedule.

Partner that run game with Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham and this offense is dangerous.

Oh, and we forgot to mention that they have Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey, Von Miller and now Eric Weddle on that defense.

It doesn't get much more intimidating than that. They play the reigning Super Bowl champions this week.

We all know that Tom Brady doesn’t back down from challenges like this, and even without Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown, he will certainly keep it interesting.

We got to see these teams play back in Week 3, and the Rams were clearly controlling that game from start to finish.

It’ll be interesting to see if the Buccaneers can limit this offense or if they can put points on the board consistently without a few great players?

I’m going with the Rams on this one.

Game Pick: Los Angeles Rams
