Isaac missed the final regular season game with a concussion. Michael Carter-Williams scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting with five rebounds, two assists, and two 3-pointers in 18 minutes. MCW took a Kyle Lowry arm to the face in the second half, but got away from it with just a bloody nose and will play Tuesday.

The Raptors certainly had their chances in Game 1. Pascal Siakam gave the Raptors a 90-84 edge after a short hook with 5:55 remaining in the game. Kyle Lowry was not good at all. He missed all seven of his shots and both of his free throw attempts for zero points on Saturday, adding seven rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 34 minutes. The silver lining for Lowry is that he was team-best +11 and was the only member of the starting five with a positive plus/minus.

Toronto fell to 1-6 when starting a first-round playoff series at home with Saturday’s loss. The Raptors have responded by posting a 5-1 record in the next game. Overall the Raptors are 6-2 at home (any round) after dropping a series opener and 6-6 overall in Game 2 of a playoff series. Toronto has not trailed 0-2 in a first-round series since facing Washington in 2015.
