BetOnline's $20,000 Christmas Pick'em Contest is a free contest running Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022.

 Registration opens Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022 and closes on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022 at 8pm (ET). 

To register for the contest contestant must be logged into their account and enter predictions for each of the NFL & NBA games listed.

Once selections are submitted, contestant may change their answers at any time until the scheduled start of each game. The contest is free to enter, however to qualify for the prize contestant must wager $25 or more in real-money wagers on NFL and/or NBA games that take place on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022.

Straight wagers only, parlays do not qualify. Qualifying wagers are spread, money line and total wagers placed in the sportsbook before kickoff or in the Live Betting platform during the games.

Registration for the contest is only available online. Only one entry per account is permitted. Additionally, placing entries from multiple BetOnline accounts is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

How to Play

• Contestants must pick the winning spread and/or total for each of the 16 listed options for NFL & NBA games played on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022.
• Contest picks can only be made online. You cannot make picks via phone, chat or email.
• Once a pick is made, the pick saves automatically.
• Contestants may submit and/or change picks at any time until the specified start time of each game. At the specified start time, games are no longer available for selection and any picks involving that game cannot be changed.
• Contestants earn one (1) point for every correct pick. A push is graded as a loss.
• Contestants will only receive points for selected games. Contestants who do not submit selections will not receive points.
• Games must be played by 3am ET on Monday, Dec. 26, 2022 to accumulate points. If a game is cancelled or postponed and is not completed by this time, points will not be awarded.
• BetOnline reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest without notice.

$20,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool

At the end of the contest, the players with the most points will win a Sportsbook Free Play based on the following prize chart:

There are no tie-breaker questions. If there are ties for any prizes, the money will be split among the tied contestants, along with the next lowest prize.

Example: If three entrants tie for third place, they will split the 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th place prizes of $400, $300 and $200.

As a result, each player would win $300.

Winnings will be paid into each player's account as Free Play and must be wagered at least three times before it is eligible for withdrawal.

Winners will paid by 6pm ET on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, prizes are non-transferable.
