Divisional Round Props Seahawks vs Packers

Divisional Round Props Seahawks vs Packers

The last game of the Divisional Round has the Seattle Seahawks paying a visit to the frozen tundra to tangle with the Green Bay Packers. Despite backing into the playoffs dropping three of their last four games, the Seahawks showed up when it mattered by earning a 17-9 win at Lincoln Financial Field in the Wild Card Round to dash the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl hopes. Keeping the road magic alive may be tough at Lambeau Field, though, as the Packers went 7-1 at home this season but are only four-point favorites with the total coming in at 45 points.

Looking to wager on something outside of the side and total, don’t worry, online sportsbook Bovada offers a big list of prop specials that you can wager on. I’m going to list them all below as well as a couple of plays that I like for the game.

Seahawks vs Packers Prop Picks

I think the defense for both teams will be front and center in this game and because of that, Russell Wilson UNDER 245.5 passing yards at -115 is a prop I like. The Seahawks QB went under that mark in eight of their last 11 games and is going up against a Packers squad that surrendered 232.6 passing yards per game — the 14th-fewest in the NFL. Lastly, Seattle had six games against playoff-bound teams in the regular season and Wilson was restricted to fewer than 245.5 passing yards in five of those contests.

As for a touchdown scorer for this game, I like Aaron Jones but at -250 the value isn’t there so I’m going with his backup Jamaal Williams at +165. Williams had six touchdowns this season in 14 games but a little deep dive numbers into the numbers show you that he was the fourth-most targeted Packer in the red zone, catching seven of eight targets and scoring five of his six majors there. The Seahawks were vulnerable against the run this season so they may elect to plug the middle which could open up a bubble screen pass to Williams and a +165 hit for us.
